COHEN & STEERS QUALITY INCOME REALTY FUND INC is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The primary investment objective of the fund is high current income through investment in real estate securities. The Fund's secondary objective is capital appreciation. The Fund invests at least its total assets in income-producing common stocks and other securities issued by real estate companies, such as real estate investment trusts under normal market conditions.
